This License Agreement (“Agreement”) is an agreement between
the buyer ("Buyer") and Zdeněk Gromnica ("Creator").

The Buyer is hereby granted a non-exclusive, non-assignable,
non-transferable license to access the font software
only in a Licensed Unit and only subject to all of the terms
and conditions of this Agreement. The Buyer has no rights to the font
software other than as expressly set forth in this Agreement.
The Buyer agrees that the Creator owns all right, title and interest
in and to the font software, its structure, organization, code,
and related files, including all property rights therein
such as copyright, design and trademarks rights. The Buyer agrees
that the font software, its structure, organization, code,
and related files are valuable property of the Creator and that any
intentional Use of the font software not expressly permitted
by this Agreement constitutes a theft of valuable property.
All rights not expressly granted in this Agreement are
expressly reserved to the Creator.

By purchasing fonts from the Creator, the Buyer is transferred
the right to use an arbitary number of copies of the original font software
in a single product including but not limited to commercial
products and the rights to create professional client based work,
regardless of medium, printed or electronic.
The Agreement does not include the right of resale, sub-License
and electronic transmission of any kind. The Agreement includes the right
to modify, reformat or otherwise change the source-code of the font,
however, the changed font software may not be distributed
without the permission of the Author.

The Buyer agrees to identify the Creator by name and credit
the Creator’s ownership of the trademarks and copyrights
in any design or production credits.

THE FONT SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND,
EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY WARRANTIES OF
MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT
OF COPYRIGHT, PATENT, TRADEMARK, OR OTHER RIGHT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE
COPYRIGHT HOLDER BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY,
INCLUDING ANY GENERAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL
DAMAGES, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING
FROM, OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE FONT SOFTWARE OR FROM
OTHER DEALINGS IN THE FONT SOFTWARE.

Violations against this Agreement by the Buyer automatically causes
this Agreement to be terminated. In such cases the relevant font
and all products containing the font shall not be used, published,
and/or distributed. All available copies of the font software
shall promptly be destroyed. The Creator reserves the right to initiate
civil and criminal proceedings for violations against the Agreement.
